Occasionally we need to change a sealed unit which has an externally fitted astragal bar. We find that quite often these have become loose as the adhesive used to fix them has deteriorated over time.
In this particular case the sealed unit could be changed quite easily and we used a modern more long lasting adhesive to reattach the same astragal bar.
The customer was very pleased with their new sealed unit and we are sure that this will stand the test of years.
