Our customer called us to ask if we could change a unit in a porch to the rear of their property. We attended site to check the size and specification of this unit having given them a rough idea of the price over the telephone.
We have found that this is the best way to deal with situations like these as the customer is made aware (right from the start) of the likely cost. One the price has been agreed we can then attend site to check the specification and make minor adjustments to the price. These units are quite heavy and take a two man team to install.
The new sealed unit looked amazing and finally the customer could see out of their windows again.
